GLOB-SM CBHE Project kick-off meeting (11-12 February 2021)

NEO attended the kick-off meeting of the CBHE project GLOBE-SM “Global Supply Chain Management” that was held virtually on February 11-12, 2021. The project will advance CBHE objectives of supporting modernisation, accessibility and internationalisation of higher education institutions by developing a highly demanded, technology intensive, and need based curriculum that is new for not only Lebanese and Jordan, but also the Middle East and implementing innovative strategies and tools. Being the only programme of its kind in the MENA region, the programme will not only contribute to enhancing the local and regional competences on the management of supply chain but will also enhance the employability of graduates by providing an international standard high quality education in the field. The project is coordinated by the American University of Beirut and includes Saint Joseph University as a partner from Lebanon. Princess Sumaya University for technology and Talal Abu Ghazaleh University College for innovation are partners from Jordan. Groupe Kedge Business School in France and Universiteit Antwerpen in Belgium are partners from programme countries.
